Wrong episode showing for Discovery of Witches season 3

I subscribed to AMC through Apple TV Plus. I just went to view what was labelled as Discovery of Witches Season 3, episode 4, and what actually played is the season finale. Because i've read the books I could follow what was happening but episode 4 is supposed to be the mid-point. How do I get them to fix this and get correct episodes? And since paid for subscription not ok to be missing episodes. No clue how to reach any kind of customer support for Apple TV Plus/AMC subscription and no clue if correct episode is playing on AMC website because I can't access that.
