My 2.5-year-old iPhone XR has suddenly started pausing and sticking on a page, messages, emails just randomly. It can't be forced to switch off and I have to leave for a few minutes and it starts moving again. I have checked my storage, updated all software and closed down all opened pages, but still it happens. Any advice on how this can be fixed?
