iPhone XR WiFi won't connect

Hi. I have a pretty weird problem with the wifi on my iPhone XR. I'm currently using iOS version 15.3. My iPhone won't connect to any wifi. Here are the details of the problem:

When I'm trying to connect to a wifi SSID, a pop-up unable to connect appears.
Sometimes it shows "unable to join the network" "this network is operating on Wi-Fi channels in use by several other nearby networks."
I've tried connecting it to other access points, including a personal hotspot from another iPhone. The error remains the same.
I've tried restarting my iPhone, including resetting network settings
I've tried changing the wifi frequency, even trying all the 12 2,4ghz channels
I've tried restarting my access point router, even
I have reset my iPhone via mac with ipsw
I've tried to do a factory reset on my access point

But strangely, the iPhone can be used as a portable hotspot. This indicates that there is nothing wrong with the hardware. Then why can this happen?

Hello mctosima, It sounds like you are unable to connect to any Wi-Fi network.

Here are some resources that might help:

If possible, check the network settings you are connecting to Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

You can try any additional steps in If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network.

As it relates to your network, check for any of the following, fully uninstall it (not disable it) and try again. Note: if you don't have any, you may not see these options in Settings.
- Security apps.
- Private browsing/optimization apps.
- Settings > Safari > Content Blockers.
- VPN apps and Settings > General > VPN (even if it says Not Connected).
- Profiles related to your network in Settings > General > Profile.
