iphine 13 pro sound & mic issue

I have new iPhone 13 Pro.. sometimes the caller couldnt hear me suddenly, problem remains that when I go to maintenance it works normal in front of them 😅 and once I go back the issue appears again!

They always said one of these 4 solutions:

1. A network issue (it is not a network because i make calls from different locations and nothing new the issue exites).

2. Close the noise cancellation (which is locked).

3. I have a problem with my data backup, and the photos and files that I download have a problem for a long time, especially since they are old things, and when I upgraded the mobile, it appeared and the mic came out (and I didn’t say anything because I originally ran the mobile without any backup at all, only a slide and without phone numbers, and the same problem happened) .

4. I'm doing a software update (and the software always up to date).

The problem still exists.

The authorizer does not do anything except that it detects the hardware and reports that everything is in order and that the phone does not need to be returned or replaced.

Hello Radrod7,

From your post it appears you are experiencing a couple of issues, including callers not being able to hear you.

We would start with the steps outlined here for the calling issue: If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support

You mentioned an issue with data backup. If you can provide some additional information as to exactly what is happening, others here may be able to assist.

If the iPhone has been examined by an Apple Authorized Service Provider, and you have been told that there is no hardware issue, you may want to try setting up the iPhone as new, and testing. If it works correctly, restore a backup. If the issue returns, you will know that the issue is contained in the data itself.

Because this step is going to remove everything from your iPhone, be sure you have a recent backup. The instructions for creating a backup can be found by clicking on this link: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Restore the iPhone to factory settings by following these instructions: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support  Be sure to set up as new, and do not restore a backup at this time.

Once the iPhone is set up as new, test to see if the issue returns. If the issue continues, then it is most likely a hardware issue. If everything works as expected, then restore the backup and confirm that it continues to work correctly. Here are instructions on how to restore from a backup: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Cheers.

Cheers.
