I can't upload files to google drive, can't post a photo to Facebook, basically can't upload files anywhere when using Chrome, Safari, or any browser.

It would help if you provided more information. Have you confirmed that you have a working internet connection? For example, do emails come or send properly? What precisely happen when you attempt to send? Do you receive a message? If so, what is it?
