Limited edition medals (Iphone 11, iOS 15) have disappeared in the Activity app

I have two iPhones, my 11 which I use and the 5S which I give to my younger brother. And the problem here is that on my iPhone 11, all my limited edition medals disappeared in the activity app and the unopened actual medals stopped being displayed. But the medal for the February challenge is displayed. On the 5S iPhone, everything is displayed as it should, but the medal for the February challenge is displayed incorrectly on it. What do I need to do to have my limited edition medals displayed again on my Iphone 11? (Only 1 medal is displayed on the apple iWatch)
