Not able to backup using Time Machine

Hello Apple Community,

This is not my first time having this problem. I am not able to backup my computer using Time Machine due to duplicate disk "Macintosh - HD". I found an solution similar to my problem a few years ago with the update of Catalina. I am currently running "Big Sur" Version 11.6.

The problem is that the old solution tell us to delete one of the duplicate disks, the smaller sized one. In my case that all 3 disks, both of my "Macintosh - HD" and "Macintosh HD - Data", are the same size.

I am not sure what to delete and what to save. Also, how would I protect all my data if I cannot backup before I can delete one of these?

Please help me understand what I can do to save my data and how not to run into this problem again.

Thank you for all the help.

Sorry for the late reply. There is no drop down info for the circled Macintosh HD and Macintosh HD-Data.

I want to restart the computer and not have this problem anymore. I will manually backup the important files. What would be the best way to do this process without having duplicates of volumes that will stop me from backing up using Time Machine?

Thank you.

As suspected there are extra Volumes present on the drive.

The two volumes is below pictures are not /System/Volumes and can be removed from Within Disk Utilities.

Just be sure the very specific circled volumes in picture are chosen one at a time and the small - ( minus sign ) in lower left of Disk Utilities is used to remove them.
