Audio for Movie

I purchased “House of Gucci” but cannot get the Audio Description off on my Apple TV. I know how to toggle to different languages and how to turn it off and on but for some reason even when I choose English and not English (AD) you can still hear audio description of everything. Help!

Apple tv weird audio and subtitles Hello guys, Something weird happening, I would be glad to understand if it normal and if yes why. When I choose the default language of my computer to be French and I download the episode 1 of season 3 of true detective, it downloads it in french audio (which I dont want). So I changed the basic language to be english and downloaded again, then it was with audio english and with subtitles french always on. My apple account is french but I would like to download it with english audio without subtitles. Does someone have an answer to that? Thanks!

Apple TV subtitles OFF or AUTO I watch a lot of foreign shows and I want to hear the language spoken in its native tongue, and I also want subtitles in english. I just learned to make sure that under AUDIO the language I want to HEAR the show is checked. Then I go to subtitles and make sure english is checked. But this does not always work. IN Apple TV Setting I go to Audio/Video and go down to ssubtitles and I am offered 2 choices there-Auto or Off. In addition to languages. Which setting do I use? Auto or Off? What do they do and how do they work? I have gotten conflicting answers fro Apple Support. So I am asking the Community for help. Thanks

If this happens for one particular title, regardless of Audio Description settings, then contact the iTunes Store staff about possible issues at the source.
