All my notes are gone. They were saved to my iphone. My icloud notes aren’t connect to my iphone.

How could my notes have been deleted without me deleting them. They’re not in my recently deleted folder

Where were the Notes? See the pic below. You will get your answer

The recently deleted folder will exist only if you deleted Notes from iCloud or from the "On My Phone" Folder. Deletion from other Folders does not use the Recently Deleted Sub-Folder.
