"Mickey Mouse" cursor and Jittery mac cursor when hovering on the links

Tried other solutions from the internet like disabling the automatic GPU switching etc. still the issue is the same.

In my case, what I did was:

System preferences - Accessibility - Display - Pointer - CLICK the “reset” button. That's it.

and surprisingly the MICKEY MOUSE cursor is gone. Sounds ridiculous but it worked for me. It also gets rid of the mouse cursor glitchy/jittery thing. Hope this helps!
