I’m having trouble with my new phone. When I make or receive calls after approx 8mins the call cuts out but the caller can still here me. If I disconnect the call and ring again it’s fine for another 8mins or so then does the same again… very frustrating! I was with virgin and recently tried new sim Vodafone but it’s doing the same.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand you have some call connectivity issues on your iPhone 13 Pro and have already tried a new SIM card. We'd also recommend making sure you've fully updated your iOS to the latest version iOS 15.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Once your device is fully updated, make sure there aren't also any carrier updates to install.
Next, do you notice if the calls drop when you are in a particular location or also connected to Wi-Fi? Does this seem to happen during certain times during the day? Does it happen with specific contacts, or any contacts?
