Markup doesn’t work on screen grabs.

I take a screen grab, crop, press markup, choose color, then pencil/marker or whatever, start drawing… Literally nothing happens. Has been an issue for a while. Ok, maybe I save to photos first, then go to edit, then go to markup, choose color, then pencil/marker, start drawing aaaaand nothing. Not sure where I could have made the mistake when it’s 1, max 2 buttons presses. I have latest iOS. Happens on both iPhone and iPad.
