Powerbeats pro isn't being detected in it's case.

So, I can't reset the headphones because it won't detect both, I've cleaned them, firmware is updated, I've disconnected them from my phone, restarted my phone, nothing's worked..

Hello there edrick824,

I understand you've noticed an issue with your Powerbeats Pro not being detected in the charging case, so let's see if the following information is helpful.

For starters, does this occur while your Beats are connected to multiple devices, or has this been isolated to a specific device? If you haven't tried using them with a different device, see what occurs when you try.

If you see that this is isolated to a specific device, you'll want to be sure that the device is updated to the latest software version to see if that may clear up the connection problem. If you see that this is still occurring, let's try pairing with a device as you've already disconnected them from your phone to see what occurs. For assistance with this, use the steps of this resource:

Set up and use your Powerbeats Pro with an iPhone, Mac, or other device

If you see that this continues to occur, let's check to see if there is an update available to the firmware of your Beats. For information on updating the firmware, review the following resource to see if this may help with what is occurring:

About Beats Updater

If this continues to occur, Contact Apple Support to look into this as service may be needed to determine what is causing this.

Have a great day!
