My power beats pro and case stay connected to my iPhone when in case and closed
Aren't the powerbeats pro headphone supposed to disconnect from your phone when you put them back in the charging case? I've tried resetting them and it doesn't solve the problem. I have to manually go in to the system folder and disconnect them every time I take them out of my ears and it's extremely frustrating! I can't hear my phone ring when I take the headphones off because it's ringing in the headphones which are in the charging case.
What is the fix for this? I want them to disconnect every time I put them back in the case.
