Check with the Manufacturer of this device for 64 Bit Drivers as Monterey ( as per user profile is showing iMac 27″, macOS 12.1) only supports everything 64 Bit and there is no workaround.

Brother's ControlCenter has not been updated for macOS Catalina and later versions. You may want to try Apple's Image Capture, or possibly Preview, for scanning.

The Brother MFC-J5320DW is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model with support for the driverless AirPrint technology. This means that you should be able to use it without having to install drivers, provided that the printer and the computer are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router). An AirPrint-enabled printer is compatible with macOS (Monterey).
