Airpods Pro!!!
I got an Airpods Pro as gift in December 2021. Branded
new!!!
I used them few days and after started the problems of
disconnecting, not working with siri sometimes, playing music suddenly, sending not clear voices with
chatting apps, the record looks like I am sitting in a pipe! I contact apple
service in Nicosia, Cyprus. We had 2 weeks of non-stop calls and they tried to
help me remotely to update the version, by resetting them, after playing music
for 30 seconds, after charging them for 30 minutes and other things also! It
doesn’t work! So the technical support told me to visit Istorm shop in Limassol
which is the pick up point in this city for apple service and they should make
a fast diagnostic and replace them because it is a defect from apple. So, I took
the airpods to istorm, and after the
manager or the store checked the serial number on the box, on the Airpods and on the charging case, he gave me a
printed document from the shop, where is indicated the serial number and the
model and my contact information and name. And he told me, it needs 10 working
days. After 10 days of course no calls and emails from their side! So I decided
to call them, the answer was: we don’t have any information about them yet. It passed
one more week. I decided to go to the istorm shop in Limassol city. So they
sales manager told me I don’t have any information about your product in the
system! Come tomorrow. I called the second day, new sales manager in talking to
me on the phone! Sir you airpods are fixed and they need 48 hours to be shipped
from Nicosia to Limassol, we will call you when they will arrive! 4 days no
calls! I visited the shop again! New person from staff is telling me: Sir your
airpiods are in Nicosia in the service, the problem was the battery of your
charging case! So the service is waiting for the batteries coming from Poland
with a ship because it is not allowed to bring them with an airplane! Finally I
got an answer! 2 weeks more, I am calling this time the apple service in
Nicosia to know what is happening! They told me will check and let you know! Yep!
The second day they told me to call istorm Limassol my Airpods are there and
ready! I called the shop again and they asked to come and take them! So I went
there and I got my airpods with a paper from the service company IQ Services. They
are responsible of the diagnostic and service of apple products in Cyprus!
With the
following phrases:
Charging
case does not charge Wired
The device
is not apple original
Case and
airpods inside are counterfeit
Repair cancelled.
So here I got
the JACKPOT!!!!
I checked on
apple.com the serial number of the airpods, box and charging case, all of them same.
I can see
my airpods registered in my apple ID and find my iphone.
I checked friend’s
Airpod, same box, same sizes, connecting to the iphone the same, I didn’t see
any difference at all!
Even the
sales manager of istorm was in shock when he saw the results of the IQ
services!
And repeating
again! The first man of the technical support of apple told me they should be
replaced because they have a defect! And also every time I was calling apple support
in Nicosia they were asking about the serial number of the products and if it
was fake I think they can know that!
So please
can somebody help me! Because I am with original airpords branded new but with
defect and a company decide to know fix them or replace them or even proof that
they are FAKE? i need apple contact email!
