server rejected the recipients address

This is happening with ALL addresses. It even happens when sending a reminder to myself, so sender and receiver address are the same. I’m receiving messages on both my e-mail accounts. As of now I’m forced to use my Windows desktop computer to send any/all messages. This response happens no matter if I am using gmail or windstream.net SMTP outbound accounts. SMTP settings seem to be correct.

what do I do?

P.S. I hesitate to delete my e-mail accounts for fear I will loose the unsent messages in my outbox. There seems to be no way to print from the outbox and I hesitate to hand-write all that information.
