‘House of Gucci’ is playing in Narration Mode’ and no other movies doing so.

If this happens for one particular title, regardless of Audio Description settings, then contact the iTunes Store staff about possible issues at the source.

User Fabio figured out that that this appears to be specific to the DD 5.1 track. Try setting your Apple TV to stereo for this title until they solve this.

I change the settings to Stereo and it worked.

Oh ok so I am not the only one! We should all try to contact apple. For a minute there I thought I was going crazy!

Just purchased and there is NARRATION the whole movie and it can’t be turned off! I demand a refund! So annoying. Thought it was a setting but it’s not. Someone at Apple didn’t do their job right!

I’m glad I’m not the only one that was annoyed by this, at first I thought it was narration to introduce the film and then it went on for the rest of the movie. It was really frustrating. I feel I have to watch it again knowing I wasn’t the only one that had this problem with the audio while watching the movie.

I changed the settings once...it worked on one TV, but, not in the bedroom TV (even after changing the settings to Stereo). Something is still wrong...aside from the stereo setting change, does anyone have another solution?

it only allows me to set it to default or 5.1.

The DD 5.1 option is a toggle between DD 5.1 and stereo. Do try again.

This has been driving me crazy...so, I decided to check on line...low and behold, I am not alone with this craziness! please let me know when someone figures this out!
