Canon Pixma TR8620 Not seeing Print profiles only Airprint

Just bought a new Canon TR8620

Did not realize it uses this "Airprint"

I use photoshop to print out all my photos.

I am using OS 10.11.6

I see other complaints that they can not find or select new ICC profiles or printer profiles and bypass AirPrint.

When you ad this printer it gives no other choice but AirPrint.

So is there a bypass to this or a dead end.

Not sure photos will be as best quality with AirPrint

When I go to my photoshop print profile all i see is a list of my old pixma MG printer.

Is there any workaround to not use AirPrint. I hear it is not as good.

Thank you

Susan
