I originally purchased premium family and my two other users do not have full access

Am I able to change or update / resend the information to add family members to my plan?

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you.

Would you please tell us which subscription you purchased?


Did you enable that subscription to be shared?

If you are using an iOS or iPadOS device, you can go to Settings > tap your name > Family Sharing.


In the meantime, we recommend that you make sure that your Family Sharing is set up correctly.
