iTunes Store Deletions:

No. But, eventually it may be deleted form the iTunes Store. Sometimes, items are removed form the iTunes Store, and they never become accessible again. So, it will remain, hidden or not, until it is removed form the iTunes Store. It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Studio.
