iCloud storage payment renewal

My iCloud storage monthly subscription gets paid through credit card. Since last month it’s getting denied by bank as there is some changes in RBI guidelines in India. I am unable to add any other card as well. Plz advise

I can't pay for my iCloud+ with 50 GB GB of storage. I used my card for a years to pay my iCloud storage, but from 01.02.22 a have a problem to pay with it. I've tried so many times but it was a problem. I've tried to add other card but the problem is the same. I've called to my bank they say that card protection from your site has been triggered.

The RBI has changed the rules regarding recurring payments. Probably this directive.

You will need to contact your bank for further advice and maybe Apple in India.
