My old imac’ screen is broken how can i tranfer the datas to my new Imac?
How can i do the migration assistant if my old computer screen is broken

That looks like a GPU failure. However if you have been using Time Machine to backup just use the information in Setup Assistant and Migration Assistant and you are good to go!
If you were not backing up then you can remove the HD from the broken iMac and put it in an enclose and the information in the same link will work. The only other option is if you have another Mac available to you you can manually drag and drop by using Target Disk Mode.
