Whatsapp App not linking to Whatsapp Desktop or Browser

Hi there,

I cannot get my whatsapp app to link to desktop or browser.

It gets stuck at the organizing messages stage and then reverts back to the QR code.

Have tried everything including deleting current versions and reinstalling. Both the app and desktop.

I have tried to link another phone to desktop and it worked so the issue must be with my iPhone / Whatsapp app.

PLEASE HELP!

Have you enabled Multidevice Beta, then please hold the iPhone in front of the QR code for a while, a little longer.

Thanks. I had this issue in September last year and could opt out of Multi-Device.

Now I dont have the option on the screen to opt out?
