No headphones on iPad Pro 11

I’ve got a brand new iPad 11 and these headphones don’t work either. Did anyone find any solutions?

Thanks,

JC

To directly connect headphones to your iPad, you will need an appropriate adapter. While the are many USB-C headphone adapters from which to choose, Apple themselves market an inexpensive adapter:

  • USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter

Be aware that there are different wiring standards for TRRS connections - and not all headphones are correctly wired for use with Apple devices. In general, there are three main wiring standards for 3.5mm TTRS connections - and they are not interchangeable:

  • CTIA (Apple)
  • OMTP (Nokia)
  • Camcorder AV
