Turn off the daily update nags?

Every day in the notifications on the corner of my screen I get the nag that there are software updates available. My only options are to Update Now, Try Tonight or Remind me Tomorrow. The option that I really want is always missing, and that's "Stop nagging me about this!"

I don't always update immediately (except for security updates) because some of the changes Apple makes I don't actually like. Is there a way to actually TURN OFF these daily nags?

Mac mini, macOS 10.15

Hey Timothy, to turn the updates off you may try going to system preferences > software update > and then un select check for updates! :D
