my iphone 7 does not do anything but stay on the logo
My iPhone does not let me transfer anything from my old to my new iPhone 13 plus because I am only getting the apple logo.

Hey ALOrtega, if your phone is stuck on the Apple logo, you may try restarting it by holding down the power button and the home button. If those steps don't work for you, take a look at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210616 :D
