iPhone stuck at Apple logo after transfer.

i transferred all my data from iPhone 7 Plus to iPhone XS Max with quick start, it took 6 hours, but I waited and everything was fine and a message saying “transfer complete” has also appeared on my old phone. But my new phone got stuck on the apple logo loading. It has been 1 whole day and it’s still there.

I tried by connecting it to charger and removing it too. Both the phones are updated to the latest update and I am not able to switch off or restart the device

can someone pls help me???
