Iheart

How do I find device settings in iPhone settings so I can put the Iheart battery app to sleep. My Iheart stops when I open Facebook. It didn’t do that before I updated iOS this last time.

iPhone X, iOS 15

Hey there NFogler,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. We understand you're having issues with an app that stops working when opening the Facebook app, and we'd be happy to look into what's going on.

To get started, can you provide us with a few more details on what you mean when you say you want to put the app to sleep? We ask because when switching to a different app, your iPhone will automatically put other apps into a suspended state after a short period, and if you have Background App Refresh enabled, this will allow those suspended apps to continue to check for updates.

For more details, check out this link here under the "Use Background App Refresh" section: Switch apps on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Keep us updated.

Thanks!
