Can I use Siri to access music I’ve downloaded to my Library when I am in Airplane Mode?

I just turned on Airplane Mode to test and I asked Siri to play songs in my library and unfortunately, she can't in Airplane Mode.

Siri not searching in locally stored music I say "Hey Siri play George Ezra Paradise [for example]" and it comes back with cannot find that in Apple Music. Is there a way to make it check my library by default? I've also tried "Hey Siri play George Ezra Paradise from library". It used to work just fine in the past but I recently upgraded to an Iphone 12 pro and not tried it since then. I'm at the latest ios.

Searching Apple Music using CarPlay Is it possible to search Apple Music through the CarPlay interface or can it only be done using Siri?
