IOS Mail

I have an email that keeps flashing/pulsating, and I can not get it to quit. I have forced the app to quit, and then I held the shift key while opening it back up, and when it opened, the email continued to flash. When I force-quit the app, it stops. I have deleted all drafts, I thought it was a draft, but it's not.

Mail keeps opening up to last read email Mail started constantly opening up to the last read email yesterday. As in the last email that I read slowly. Even if I refreshed the inbox or opened another email briefly, that same “slowly read” email kept dominating. I found an old thread here about the issue back in iOS 13 (I’m in iOS 15 now), and tried all those solutions, but nothing worked. In the end, I had to delete and reinstall the Mail app to fix it. I couldn’t add this solution to the old thread, so am posting it here to help out anyone who may be encountering the same issue now in March 2022. I’m on an iPhone SE 2020.

Email When composing an email on my iPad my email keeps shutting down and going into the draft folder. I can only complete a sentence or two before it goes into draft. It’s very frustrating. Is anyone able to help me with this please?

Try booting to Safe Mode. That boot up takes minutes and clears caches and other things that may resolve your problem.

How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

A lot of times just boot to Safe Mode followed by normal boot resolves problems.
