Hello IIIaass,
Upon launching the Music app 1.2.1.40 from my 2017, OS 12.1 iMac the app went into "not responding" (beach ball > Force quit) mode. Restart - no change. Boot in safe mode did not help. Reset of NVRAM and Music is working normally.
