How do I return Apple EarPods with Lightning Connector for replacement under Apple's 1 year warranty? I purchased the earbuds through Amazon.

Unfortunately I've tried that -- it takes me here https://getsupport.apple.com/ where I'm asked for a serial number, which the earpods don't have. So it's impossible to reach chat.
