Whenever i try and change my app store region, it says i still have balance in my account and i’d have to spend my money in order to change regions. I have 2 mexican pesos on my account and there is nothing i could spend it on so i’d rather it just be removed somehow. Is this possible?

Hello ~If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support and they can zero it for you or:

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
