Can't get Mac to sync Cloud Music Library

My Mac has not been able to update my Cloud Music Library for Apple Music. I've left it running all day and no progress. Anything I can do to get that fixed? Anyone had this issue and successfully troubleshooted? So annoying!

There seems to be an ongoing issue for some users where changes made in the local library are not being synced to the cloud, and the library may revert to an older version removing recent changes. Are you seeing this? Either way reboot your router and computer, then try again.
