I upload to the last macOS and the music app got many bugs like adding music it takes a long time and it pops up a error message in the bottom side. The stars punctuation is also missing from the right click. It is a mess.

For the ratings issue try Music > Preferences > Show: > Star ratings.

I see the same. The rating picker in the context menu is only presented in the main library, not when browsing Apple Music. You can provide Product Feedback - Apple.

As above, make sure Music > Preferences > Show: > Star ratings is ticked.
Use the Songs view. Enable the Rating column.

As above, I'm not talking about my music library.
I'm talking about APPLE MUSIC. When you have apple music and you select the song and then you add to your library, You were able to rate with stars from there without need of moving back to any section of music app, which now is NOT THERE ANYMORE.
apple music in the previous version showed at the right click the option to show the stars you'll put to the song but it doesn't have that anymore. So stressful.
