Nothing happens after pressing "show complete album" in Apple Music for Mac

Hello!

I've been having a lot of glitches since upgrading to the paid Apple Music subscription.

One is that often (though not always) pressing "Show complete album" on Apple Music for Mac (latest version) does nothing.

Clicking on "Show in Apple Music" just gives "An error occurred" with a "try again" button. Tapping that repeated gives the same error message, until it finally gives up and just goes to the Apple Music homepage.

Appreciate any guidance or support on how to work through these glitches.

Try rebooting your router and computer. Sometimes odd issues are down to stale DNS records. If not that it may pay to check for malware as this can disrupt iTunes/Apple Music traffic.

I'll give that a try; thank you. It's worth noting that this happens under two different wifi networks (at home and at work). I have tried rebooting the computer, with no change.
