It’s not just a question of MacBook hardware alone, to load a CDR/DVD you could always use an external Apple SuperDrive plugged into any of the MacBooks Pro’s that have a USB/Thunderbolt port, and a suitable cable adaptor if required.

Of equal importance is that most of the Adobe Creative Suite apps were 32bit programs and are not compatible with macOS from Catalina onwards, which only run 64bit apps.

Full 64bit compatibility for Adobe Creative Suite apps did not occur until the change from Creative Suite 6 to Creative Cloud.

So, when looking for a MacBook Pro that can run Creative Suite 6, or earlier, you would need one that was running macOS Mojave or earlier.

The 13" Mid 2012 MacBook Pro, which was actually still produced through October 2016, was the last MBP with an optical (CD/DVD) drive.

This is a somewhat complex question as it involves several factors.

Creative Suite 6, the final version of this software was from 2012. It required a DVD drive, specifically, but most optical drives will accept both DVDs and CDs.

For those Macs without an optical drive and external optical drive can be used so perhaps this is not a problem? It is important to you to have an internal drive?

At the time Adobe released CS 6 their system requirements were:

Mac OS X v10.6.8 or v10.7. Adobe Creative Suite 3, 4, 5, CS5.5, and CS6 applications support Mac OS X Mountain Lion (v10.8) when installed on Intel-based systems.*

The Intel transition commenced in 2006 during the time of OS X 10.4 Tiger. OS X 10.5 Leopard was the final OS to run on Power PC Macs so Creative Suite 6 required an Intel Mac, with 10.6 or later.

The last MacBook Pro to have an internal optical drive was the 2012 non-retina model which was sold until 2016 and originally shipped with OS X 10.7 Lion. This could be upgraded as far as OS X 10.5 Catalina. It's unlikely you will find a Mac of this vintage still running OS X 10.7 Lion, or OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion (as per the CS 6 specs), so your question should be which later macOS will support Creative Suite 6? Then you can use an external drive, as it sounds as if you already have an installation disc?
