i used to be able to rewind while watching live tv but this suddenly stopped working yesterday. It will rewind only a few minutes. I don’t know if it’s a problem with apple or youtubeTV. I know it’s not a hardware problem because it’s happening on both of my TVs. Both TVs have apple devices and use youtubeTV.
