I volunteer at the Monterey Bay aquarium. I really need to be able to see what time it is without having to touch my watch with salty hands. I’ve tried everything and I can’t find a work around to keep my Apple Watch displaying the time by default.

I have tried every combination I can find in the settings for my Apple Watch, iOS 8.4.1 and have not been able to find a way to keep the time showing. I really need this because I volunteer at the Monterey Bay aquarium touch pools and I have to keep touching my watch with salt water covered hands to know when to go to my next station. Any suggestions?

Hi TerryGlasco,

We understand you need assistance with the Always On feature. We see you were linked from the article "Use the Always On feature with your Apple Watch". To clarify, when you go to Settings app on your Apple Watch, Settings > Display & Brightness > Always On, are you able to enable this, or do you not see the option?

Thank you.
