Download books to PC

I would like instructions on how to download iBooks, mainly pdf I downloaded to my iPhone, onto my PC. Also, I have most of the PDFs saved on iCloud. Please help!

Use iTunes to share files between your computer and your iOS or iPadOS device

After that you have to restart the PC.

Then go to Windows (Start) -> All apps -> click iCloud -> click iCloud Drve.

iCloud Drive appears in File Explorer.
