My Shaw email works on my iPhone but not my iMac
My SHAW email is now working again on my iPhone but not on my iMac. Any ideas? I'm trying to access the incoming and outgoing mail settings on the iMac but no luck so far

sure ! I have email with Shaw, and it works fine on my iPhone and my Mac.....Please bear in mind that the default email protocol is IMAP and not POP3.....here's shaw's page for setting up email accounts (see link)https://support.shaw.ca/t5/internet-articles/how-to-set-up-your-shaw-email/ta-p/6497....what you'd have to do is in Apple Mail, go to "Other" for account type...... then go to Internet Accounts.... this link might be helpful: https://support.shaw.ca/t5/internet-articles/how-to-set-up-email-in-apple-macos-mail/ta-p/5616#content-section-2
