Package lost in Apple warehouse?
I placed an (expedited shipping) order online on 2/2, for which I received a ups tracking number that night, with an expected delivery date of 2/3, a day ahead of schedule: 2/4.. today is 2/4, however, the tracking info in UPS hasn’t changed from “shipment ready for UPS”, it seems the package has not yet been received by UPS..it only shows the label was created on 2/2.. i contacted Apple who opened an investigation on the delivery, which takes 48hours to conclude. Has anyone dealt with this before? Was the investigation successful?
