I can't remember my security questions. When I try to reset them, I get a "not enough sufficient information". I called Apple Support and they couldn't help me. They said to create a new Apple ID. Are there any, at all, other options??? Please help

Unfortunately, there aren't any other options. If there isn't enough sufficient information to reset them, you can't reset the security questions. Based on multiple posts I have read, Apple Support will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.
