My Apple TV will not turn on. The light is on but I have no picture.

I'd suggest unplugging you AppleTV from the power source, wait 15 minutes, then plug to back into the power source and try again to turn on the AppleTV.
- Are you sure the HDMI cable is snug on the TV side and AppleTV side?
- Are you sure the TV has the right HDMI Input selected?
- Locate a different HDMI cable and try again with the new HDMI cable.
- Try using a different HDMI port on the TV (Make sure to select the correct HDMI input on the TV).
- Do you have a different TV that you can connect the AppleTV to, to see if the TV is the issue?
