Hi Jeighlg,
Did this start happening immediately after TVOS update? Or has it worked after TVOS 15.3 update? If it happened the first time after TVOS update, it’s either a bug in TVOS or the BritBox app needs updating.

Having the same or similar issue with Apple TV 2021 box (updated to latest version 15.3). Error message is as follows: “Could not load Britbox. Request to GeoService with ‘24.16.202.116’ failed. Gateway timeout. Please wait a few minutes and try again.” Then there’s a retry button.
Retry does not work. At this point I cannot backout, either. Turning the box off and then back on brings me back to the same error msg. Rebooting takes me back to the Home Screen, but trying again renders the same issue. Britbox app on my iPad works just fine using the same network.

Tim_4_All, Interestingly, I checked my TVOS App settings and it was set to Update Automatically. I went back into Britbox and everything was OK. I can only assume that a patch was applied sometime in the intervening hours as I’m having none of the issues I was having before. Thanks for your help!
When you launch the app, what is the error message you are receiving?
