IPhone Homescreen Changing Itself

I have a lot of homescreens for my different focuses but whenever i try to make a new one all the widgets and icons mix up and go to different pages, without me doing anything. In the picture I made a page with just safari to see if it was doing anything and overnight it added 3 icons that were on another homescreen.

Reset the Home Screen Layout...

Go down to one Home Screen, and then reset it Home Screen Layout:

Go Here: Move and organize apps on iPhone - Apple Support
Scroll to: Reset the Home Screen and Apps to their Original Layout
Go to: Settings
Tap: General
Tap: Reset
Tap: Reset Home Screen Layout
