Bluetooth headphone issue on macOS Monterey 12.2

HI!

It all started when I upgraded from BigSur to Monterey on my 2018 Pro. Then I bought a new 2021 14" Pro and the issue is still there. Everything is on the video. https://youtu.be/xzAoK-FhIKE

TL;DR: When I'm trying to connect to my headphone it just won't connect. Connecting to AirPods or external speakers works fine. Also my iPhone can connect to my headphone. I'm on the latest Monterey version. It usually connects successfully after a 5 minute try, the picture shows that it also detects as audio output and I also see the battery charge. I have tried to find a solution on the Internet, but so far I have not found anything so useful.

A few tips:

  1. First, boot in Safe mode and see if the same error occurs
  2. Go to BT Preferences and remove the new BT headset and re-connect to it when the Mac sees it again.

I have had similar issues to yours in the past and, for me, it turned out to be due to the response speed of the OS! I have an iMac that had a HDD, which turned out to be too slow. When I installed MacOS on a SSD drive, which was much faster than the HDD, my BT issues disappeared. This may not be the same as what you have, but I did see very similar behaviour before going to the SSD.
