Suddenly my phone cannot catch cellular data and started to require update. So tried to update via internet, and checked connection; it seems connecting, but update failed, message said because internet no longer connected. How can I solve my problems?

my situation is further strange. This phone is connecting with Wi-Fi, that’s the reason I can now read and write, but the settings says Wi-Fi off. And cannot see any information from cellular in general settings, I can see only white page. What should I do?
