Air bubbles

Hello my iPhone 12 has air bubbles in it and not one but loads in its screen, what do I do?

Take it in for service. The screen/unit is supposed to be sealed but a hole has appeared. Get backup before the screen stops responding. If you have AppleCare+ the store will determine how that helps payment.
